I've been trying LibreOffice as I'd really like to get rid of my M365 subscription....

I bought a similar spec. in Jan 2022 when graphics card prices were, arguably, even more ridiculous than they are now, and paid considerably more.
ChimpMaster, I'd be very happy with that spec. for under 2K....

I don't think the specifications are sufficiently detailed to answer that. They don't even list the manufacturer(s) of the components.

The admin charge is paid only if they're processing a SIPP payment for you. Unlike the margin, which is deducted with the employer's costs (Employer's NI, Apprenticeship Levy) from the rate to the umbrella company, the admin fee is deducted from your gross pay with PAYE and National Insurance....
