The admin charge is paid only if they're processing a SIPP payment for you. Unlike the margin, which is deducted with the employer's costs (Employer's NI, Apprenticeship Levy) from the rate to the umbrella company, the admin fee is deducted from your gross pay with PAYE and National Insurance....

I think the small price difference between the 5060Ti and the 5070 makes the 5070 better value. Most reviews I've seen advise buying the 5070 over the 5060Ti as the better performance outweighs the extra memory for most scenarios....

If you read the cited legislation, specifically 'regulations 16(2) and 21 of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Scheme Administration) Regulations 1996' in note 1. It's more clearly stated that both the 19th and 22nd refer to the following month:
