Reassurances are one thing and are always presented during M&A, but the parent company has the capability to do what it pleases and the child companies are controlled by the parent. That's the issue here.

Remember that a lot of umbrella company users will be working on government projects with SC, DV, eDV clearances. PSR and any agencies working with them can't take the risk of paying umbrella...

It's the end of month timesheet time for many contractors with Clarity. I assume those aware aren't submitting their timesheets using Clarity? Won't contracts with Clarity be ended and contractors moving to other Umbrella companies ASAP?

Contacted the FCSA. Clarity have been removed in the last 48 hours from the FCSA website and have had their registration and accreditation revoked:

You have the option of big brands with no offshore entities or the option of this new Clarity not announced structure.

Removing any bias people have towards Lucy, particularly in favour of her as she seems a good egg, would certainly lead me to be leaving Clarity for a more established...

You have a habit of being new and posting 4 times - so at this stage the most likely scenario is you're related to the Clarity structure in some way, such as being involved with the overall holding company or one of the other umbrellas now linked with Clarity.
