Reassurances are one thing and are always presented during M&A, but the parent company has the capability to do what it pleases and the child companies are controlled by the parent. That's the issue here.

It's the end of month timesheet time for many contractors with Clarity. I assume those aware aren't submitting their timesheets using Clarity? Won't contracts with Clarity be ended and contractors moving to other Umbrella companies ASAP?

There is definitely need for concern. Rather than openly post about the changes here months ago you instead chose to react when it was eventually posted due to somebody randomly spotting the change.
