If you look at an inside rate versus an original Ltd company outside rate, you need an uplift on the Ltd company rate of around 23% to cover employment costs.

We can make payments now to certain providers, so it is very much dependent on the pension company you are with.

£60k annual limit on pensions updated - so £5k per month, upped from £3,333 with no tax implications.
