Not exactly - knowing the agency well, I suspect that's a line one of the more junior agents has been told to quote. Certainly, I wasn't told the same (nor shown any letters of approval!).

Is anyone else blocked from verifying their ID on Companies House?
Having an infuriating time trying to verify ID - essentially I've somehow managed to block the process for both my wife and I, and am now advised I need to contact an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) in order...
