Who knows where this will all go, but one thing is for sure, if they genuinely try to make demands, this is going to take many years and lots of money, as this would all head to the big boy courts, not some local magistrate.

Whether that's the cause for the silence or not who knows, but at the very least you would assume that the people who run Trethowans would be keen to not have their name associated with what is universally accepted as tax avoidance scheme(s).

Anything that shines a spotlight on what's going on can only be a good thing. The more public scrutiny there is, the harder any of these firms would need to work in any attempt to legitimise their claims.
