the conclusion of that argument is that you were 100% inside IR35 but you are talking about a time when you were responsible for the assessment and payment of tax.
i wouldn’t personally use that argument...

the problem is as a senior dev, given the choice of a junior Dev doing the work or an AI, nowadays I trust the AI more.
and if you aren’t confident in using AI how do you teach others to use it, you are likely to be teaching them your bad habits...

+1 - someone was pointing out elsewhere last how much he hated AI because junior devs were using it to develop code that he then had to do code reviews on and approve.
there were 2 issues, 1 the junior dev didn't know what he wanted the system to do and 2 the junior dev hadn't worked out...
