I had a beyond meat burger for lunch at the mountain top restaurant. It was very good. We walked down (to 1800m). Made it to our holiday apartment, sat down, and now I can barely walk. Everything south of the knees hurts. Still, a lot of scary fun walking through the snowfields, trying to keep to the paths and off the 200m drops, and trying not to think of the film Everest that we watched last night.

My wife and I don't normally drink any more. But today we got some rum. It's entirely medicinal.
