The keloids are extensive.

Next: a chap with ?lipoma? on his back under a tat of a ram's head.

The doctor wants to leave it. coz it makes the tat look good.

"This isn't going to hurt". Yeah. right.

And gone it is.

Now a lady of colour with lumps: steatocystoma multiplex.

Ah. It's that "No, Mr Bond I expect you to die" treatment.

Laser makes a tiny hole & the gunk gets squeezed out.

Very satisfying.

Now the poor lady wit the keloids.

Jeeeeeesus.

The chunks removed are large.

And she's woken up after the GA which is always a plus.

Now a chap with a red mark on his forehead.

It's biopsy time!

Punch biopsy.

Tumid lupus erythematosus.

Steroid cream & anti inflamatory.

And suncream.

The black lady is back to have her front done.

The lady with the keloids is back after the radiotherapy.

Looking like a good result, her pain is relieved & she can walk more easily.

Sounds about right - at the moment, Jupiter is further west than Saturn but quite close to it, Mars is over to the east

Pluto you probably won't be able to see in city light.
