As it turned out, there were a couple of roast chicken thighs in the fridge that Needed To Be Eaten™ so I had them with some chips, being very careful to keep all chewing to the side of mouth that is free of ongoing excavations

Tonight's Scandinavian cinema special was Kongen av Bastøy, based on the true story of a Borstal on a fairly remote island in eastern Norway where a violent insurrection in 1915 had to be put down by the military. It was a bit like Scum, but a good bit bleaker, as we've come to expect from that neck of the woods.

Stone me, it's 28.4 deg C already.
The Tom Hanks version of "The lady killers" has been located & extracted from the pile.
I may watch it this evening, having watched the original last evening.
Interesting to see Jack Warner as a Superintendent rather than George Dixon (which he was playing at the same time on tv in 1955).
Now it's 28.5.
Bored.
Now.
Still 28.5.
28.9.
29.6
29.8.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; 27 June 2018, 09:55.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment

Utterly fantastic.
The "free" Gerber viewer is no longer "free".
So that's knackered that then.
To add to the endless joy, the H&S feckwhit wants to know about signage for the new lab.
WTF do I know about that?
feckall, like normal.Last edited by DoctorStrangelove; 27 June 2018, 11:42.When the fun stops, STOP.Comment
