Late lunch: a couple of M&S Great British Bangers in soft white finger rolls

Just got the shopping done.

Pros of Friday evening shopping: roads and shops are a lot less crowded
Cons: it's gone eight in the evening and I've only just sat down after getting the shopping done, never mind started making dinner

The ZeitStandard Friday tea of a fish supper was cooked & consumed as per usual.

By dint of using the timed start on the washing machine this afternoon, the week's washing is nearly done & duly tumble dried.

It was some Sainsbury's pre-cooked thing so only needed half an hour in the oven, with the sauce/glaze added a few minutes before the end. Not bad though

Now to relax with a film. I fancy something overfull of guns, bombs, explosions, and - yes, why not? - helicopters, preferably crashing into one another and other things
