Grub Club in Hamsterjam the highlight was the Waygu beef, as you say words cannot do it justiceOriginally posted by WTFH View PostMissed dinner with some of the project team, so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant...
Tuna carpaccio £20. Nice starter.
Glass of Barbera £20.
Main was a 100g Waygu sirloin £70. "Sublime" doesn't do it justice.
Now finishing off with limoncello cream digestif.
I'm glad I didn't choose the £300 "Chef's special" as that might have been beyond the project budget.Originally posted by Stevie Wonder BoyI can't see any way to do it can you please advise?
