Remembered I had a packet of Jaffa Cakes. "I'll just have a couple," I thought.

Stomach now feeling slightly unsettled due to my eating an entire packet of Jaffa Cakes

Arras to Lyon leg of roadtrip completed via vimy memorial (and the German cemetery for balance). Apparently I'm now in the craft beer capital of France. And the gastronomic capital. And it's 20 degrees outside. Best go explore then :-)

its 20 years since I have been to Lyon, but it was where I first tried HoeGarden. Have fun!

Successful afternoon flat-sorting. Computer, and old portable TV radio combo dumped at dump, as well as lots of old duvets and pillows. Two bags of general crap binned. Actually made a dent.

Have brought back some art deco silver and enamel brushes. They look a bit sorry for themselves, but are quite pretty. Might ebay them and see if there's any interest.

                Ok.

                WTF is a "fronted adverbial"?

                New one on me.

                  Adverbial sounds like an adjective.
