Some are intentionally rude, many are a bit tactless but well meaning, but it can be difficult to see the difference. Some aren't rude at all.

Some are intentionally rude, many are a bit tactless but well meaning, but it can be difficult to see the difference. Some aren't rude at all.

I sometimes think it's down to language, if you look at how you say things in cloggy it's pretty direct and that often comes across in the way people speak English.

In general I've found people direct, generally reserved and it takes a while to get to know them, but when you do they're pretty friendly.
