That's me done for the week!

It's not been too bad a week. We squashed a lot of niggling issues that had been holding us up for the past few weeks, and this afternoon we did a bunch of tidying up of loose ends left over from sorting that lot out. So things are now shipshape and Bristol fashion, ready for the next stage of the project

It's still sunny out, though there's a fair few clumps of cloud so the sun is mainly coming in from beneath them as it approaches the horizon

I must have clicked something wrong as part of that. My progress is back to 0.

Pizza Express with me sister this evening. I hate driving at night now because of all the awful potholes round here, when you have to dip your lights because a car is coming you can't see them in time. Unless you drive like a snail as loony lady 1 does.

Tonight in the Renaissance, I read about several accomplished women in the fields of the arts and also war, the latter including one who commandeered a fortress in or near the Vatican and aimed its cannon at the Sistine Chapel, to make it clear to the cardinals in conclave there that they'd better choose someone who had her interests at heart as the new Pope

Early start tomorrow as the Corolla is off for its MOT and a service

            Goodnight all

              Morning all

The sun is not yet ris, although I can see a rosy glow on the horizon. A dry, clear, crisp morning that was a little frosty when I left home at 0420. Currently -1 degrees with a high of 10 expected. Barometer up to 1028 mBar.

HWMBO and I are pinging around the Nordics today. Four flights LHR-OSL-CPH-OSL-ARN. In between flights I will be working from various airport lounges.

                Morning denizens

Foggy! It's 0°C right now but rising to 8° later, when the fog will presumably clear, and then it'll be sunny for the rest of the day. The barometers are up to 1017/1025mB

Time to take the Corolla for its MOT, venturing cautiously through the fog

                  TFIF, etc.
CBS, 0C with frost on the cars, but not a hard frost. Blue skies for a very pleasant walk with no torches, although there is a bit of mist forming in the valleys now.

The car has been dropped off, so it's time to start refreshing the MOT record page. It's having a service too though, so it won't be ready for a while even if it passes without requiring attention

                      Morning.

                      Friday.

                      Dry.

                      Sunny.

                      Frosty.

Chilly in here at 11.3 deg, 9.5 in the kitchen, 7.5 in the leanto.

1026 mBar, 30.29776 in Hg, 769.56 Torr, 14.88 psi, (up from 1024 last night), 61% RH (Lidl electric).

Meanwhile on the 29th of December 2019 NF had watched Yet Another Bond Film, xogg had dug his guitar out & attempted to play it, and it was cold & frosty out.

Walk (unabbreviated) walked in the sunshine. Some military plane spotted flying down the valley. Buick Riviera spotted at the marrying place.
