      Checked the post, and we'd received a letter addressed to somebody at a house with the same number but on a completely different road. The names aren't even remotely similar. No idea how it ended up here, except it was something official-looking in a window envelope and had been folded in such a way that the postcode was half-covered by the bottom of the window, so it probably got processed by hand

      I gave it a good shake to get the postcode properly in view and walked down to the pillar box to put it back into the system, where this time the machines will be able to do their work and get it to the right place, I hope
