Grey and damp out, with showers predicted to continue off and on through the day and into tomorrow. The current 16°C is, apparently, theist we're getting, as it'll be going down shortly

Was raining when I woke up at 4am.

Stopped by the time I headed to the supermarket.

I don't understand why my council has blocked one road with a school on it as it just makes everyone use the adjacent roads.

As I've got a bit of a temperature, I've booked myself in for a coronavirus test. Due at the place at noon today; it's at a small park about ten minutes' walk away.

There were 76 slots available at that centre, and the online booking process was reasonably straightforward - though, having selected the place and filled in several more pages of the form, it then offered me a choice of that or two other, further away, walk-through centres which hadn't appeared on the previous list I chose from, though they also each had plenty of slots

And as they say you should self-isolate if you have symptoms, why am I supposed to instead walk through the neighbourhood to get there? (No drive-through at that site, even though it was initially included as an option for drivers; there's not really anywhere to park nearby either.)

Of course, getting the test might be easy, but who knows when the results will arrive?

Ah well, it'll be an experience, and will also take care of today's exercise
