      The remake is ok.

The following one is crap, the 3rd is better than crap but not as good as the first.

      In with the hoi polloi.

Got a wet leg on the way down to town thanks to some oik in a Fiat 500.

Looks like the Gnoll Brook was doing its thing in flooding stuff judging by the detritus on the road.

One can appreciate why Water Street is so known.

Home again home again jiggety jig

By the grace of whatever deity, it was dry going down to town & dry coming back.

          Seems unseasonably warm.

The sun has had his hat on, however briefly.

Luncheon today began with the merest smidgeon of pork pie (Morrisons, reduced), followed by scrambled egg and poached tomato on pumpkin seed toast (Morrisons, bought on The Wrong Day so probably going to go blue shortly).

It was nice enough though the tomato was tasteless, being of that overlarge watery type that never tastes of much in the first place.

Concluded with 1.05 pints of Good Glengettie Tea.

In other news I found yet another set of 4 dvds with that Whoopi Goldberg in assorted starring roles.

In other other news it looks like the ordure is about to hit the aircon in Parliament.

Do I feel any pity for Boris?

          No.

          There's a spike awaiting on Traitor's Gate.

In other other other news, the monsoon has returned, with wind to make sure it's horizontal.

Sun's out again. It is April, innit?

There's been hammering and such from the first floor back's bathroom, and now there's a bath lying on its side in the back yard. I assume this is something to do with the slow leak that has been making the area by the back door (immediately beneath) smell funny for several months now

I know the landlord tried to fix it ages ago, but it didn't work. Maybe he gave up and got a professional in.

Perhaps I should find something to complain about in my flat, as he seems to be getting things repaired at the moment?

Get the window frames unstuck, in time for winter's icy blasts, perhaps??

                It's a plan!

                Added draughts for January.

                Sun's out again.

GP’s secretary phoned to confirm tomorrow’s procedures

                    God you must be bored.

Very few games of interest for a while. Though I look forward to England vs France.
