Just placed my first ever Sainsbury's order for delivery, as I'm not allowed to drive there myself at the moment

Gave the rental back yesterday so I'll be ordering food from Ocado for the next month or two.Originally posted by NickFitz View PostJust placed my first ever Sainsbury's order for delivery, as I'm not allowed to drive there myself at the moment

I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.

Chap I sold a bike to before Xmas finally turned up to collect it last night, so today has been spent clearing crap out of the garage and rearranging stuff now I have a bit more room.

Them and Ocado are the only ones I would do supermarket delivery from.Originally posted by NickFitz View PostJust placed my first ever Sainsbury's order for delivery, as I'm not allowed to drive there myself at the moment

I injured various joints in my legs years ago and struggled to walk. So I tried all the supermarket deliveries. The Sainsburys and Ocado drivers where the only ones who automatically realised the reason why I wasn't helping them was because I couldn't walk properly. Sainsburys won over Ocado as the guy was more personable.

The other drivers were miserable rude feckers pissed off that I wasn't being helpful. Both Tescos and Asdas "forgot" to give me a bag of shopping."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

Just had a bowl of homemade chicken soup out of the freezer, with a big chunk of wholemeal bread

Healthiest thing I've eaten since they let me out of the hospital

It now remains to be seen if this was, in fact, the whole meal; if I get peckish in a bit, which I suspect I will, it will have been just a starter Comment
