In cases like this I've always felt (if you are willing to drive) that the type of car can help. Done 3 hours in a mini cooper s and it felt like I was still driving for hours afterwards!
Get yourself a big comfy motorway cruiser and I've turned up at client site quite refreshed even...

She was a Full time public sector worker. Freelance working with a Ltd company is something entirely different, you are allowed to have multiple clients and I would have thought you are less likely to be taken to court.
