How many people are typing stuff into basic, free AI chat and getting a legal opinion or, cut and pasting their entire accounts...

......Which it has, HAYS shareholders now sitting on a -34% loss on the 6 month. Where is the bottom for HAYS and the UK contract market?

From their report at the end of Feb. "Group net fees decreased by 9%. Temp & Contracting, down 7%, was more resilient than Perm, down 14%. As...

I agree with Quakhandle but I would also agree with a big uptick in people doing daily AI generated posts just so they can show the world they are interesting.

These people forget that ten years ago people used to exchange useful information on it that was RELEVANT rather than a daily life...

Its a number of factors for rejection, most of the time its down to physical location but getting HR to set the rules (i.e. nobody without a degree no matter the subject and the grade) is a reason why these companies are where they are and this was going on well before the ATS was even a thing. ...

it's normal for me as I usually get zero in December.

therefore, anything larger than zero in February is an uptick.

there's big talk on linkedin but the market is still a blood bath.

like someone said earlier, if a bunch of £1000-1500pd Salesforce, Microsoft...

The main issue is the dire state of the EU economy. Adecco, Raandstad, their share price reflects the cycle we are in, its not a good one.

We are currently seeing share price valuation levels for these firms that are around 2009 or worse.

The ATOS share price is not much better....

Yeah the usual rules still apply with regards to knowledge, guardrails and testing but engineers are very focused on engineering and the wider point is that if a clever person is good enough and experienced enough, they dont need a team of people anymore. Engineers will say ´but i need to check the...

This is on topic because its influencing the state of the market.

My view is that we now live in a world with Claude Team agents where requirements can be taken as a set of customer transcripts, converted into PDD documents, UX-UI workflows, personas, solution architecture, PRD documents,...
