Hays share price hit an all time low today. Not getting any decent enquiries at all, its been very quiet since Christmas.

I dont want to be a bringer of bad tidings but, i just cant see the newer AI stuff (2026 only) having only a small effect on professional services in general.
How many people are typing stuff into basic, free AI chat and getting a legal opinion or, cut and pasting their entire accounts...

I agree with Quakhandle but I would also agree with a big uptick in people doing daily AI generated posts just so they can show the world they are interesting.
These people forget that ten years ago people used to exchange useful information on it that was RELEVANT rather than a daily life...

Its a number of factors for rejection, most of the time its down to physical location but getting HR to set the rules (i.e. nobody without a degree no matter the subject and the grade) is a reason why these companies are where they are and this was going on well before the ATS was even a thing. ...

it's normal for me as I usually get zero in December.
therefore, anything larger than zero in February is an uptick.
there's big talk on linkedin but the market is still a blood bath.
like someone said earlier, if a bunch of £1000-1500pd Salesforce, Microsoft...

The main issue is the dire state of the EU economy. Adecco, Raandstad, their share price reflects the cycle we are in, its not a good one.
We are currently seeing share price valuation levels for these firms that are around 2009 or worse.
The ATOS share price is not much better....
