So are you expert genealogist as well? What you describe is sampling rate of 2 over 2 decades. Have you heard of a person being a Russian Jew, German Prussian Pole, or maybe learnt about Naming Tradition culture in different parts of the world? Well I have seen one Black IT Director (Deutsche Bank 2001) and one Black Head of Engineering (Digital agency 2013) in a British company in my 27 year IT largely software engineering career to date.

So they want someone with advanced Kotlin and Java Spring Boot with front end knowledge to contract for the range £55,000 [ == 220 * 250pd ], £66,000 [ == 220 * 300pd ] - I don't live anywhere near Coventry to boot, but this client will get what they are prepared to pay for, if they find someone....

Perhaps reorder into relevance of client interest.
Read back-end staff engineer. List the versions. Java 25 (just released September 2025), 21 (previous LTS - long term release September 2023) or Java 8 (released 2013)

Just heard Badenoch's speech on the BBC Spounds Five Live app. Stamp Duty?! jfc. How about removing the entire IR35 or sending the Loan Charge back to oblivion? What gets me about OpusRS was the recruiters who go missing and distant. I get angry and dismayed. I wonder if the fella Freddie Short is still operating about Opus. He was a bit of character during the investment banking days circa 2012 - 2015....

Just what do you think is a decent Plan B or Plan C to do? Especially, if Plan A is equivalent to Earn Income in your chosen Career Path.
BTW I am a software engineer since I was a kid. Plan A earns the big bread IMHO....
