Let me help you. Is it because:

(a) there have been no independently verified miracles and your beliefs are a crock of tulipe

Someone gets healed, goes to their doctor and the doctor says, "well that's unusual but sometimes these things just happen and we don't know why". What exactly are you hoping for, a big red "miracle" stamp on their medical file. It's well known in the medical world that people sometimes just get better when there is no medical reason why... but it's impossible to tell if that's because some Being intervened or because of some process we don't yet know about.

Only a few weeks ago in Cwmbran this was observed by hundreds of people:

A man who had been wheelchair-bound for ten years was healed; he picked up his chair and ran around the church with his chair held over his head like a trophy

Sorry but you gotta laugh about the bloke from Cwmbran. He probably got word the DSS had spotted him golfing in Tenerife and was setting up his cover story before he got busted for benefit fraud.

But science and medicine have their limits and God is all-powerful.
So he should be able to grow amputees limbs back.
Seems a strange omission in his miracle arsenal.
