This is getting Old very fast. they had better get this sorted by tomorrow or I am going to have to start diverting incoming funds to other banks. lesson learned though, spread your balance around and keep a large cash warchest. luckily I have funds available in non RBS building society accounts.

I'm surprised that they didn't have a roll back strategy which could be performed and completed within 2-3 hours.

Their systems department must have forgotten everything they've learned and done over the past 40 or 50 years.

I have personal and business with Natwest, and have for years. Dont want to go to Yorkshire as they seem to have a £5k limit on faster payments...
