No, I won't be speaking to my accountant about which car is the most fun to drive.

I'm taking a peek at the Q6 e-tron this weekend.
Unfortunately there is a very high chance of you having to go inside on future gigs nowadays. I used to think it would never happen to me but it has so be aware that your circumstances are likely to change in the term you (the company) has the car so factor disposing of it etc in to your calculations.

Got a Mustang Mach E a few months ago. Taking some flak for it not being a real mustang but to be honest I'm not a big car guy and the price I got it for was unreal. First impressions are its lovely to drive and much cheaper to run so no complaints.

I WFH 100% of the time so don't really need a car so me and the wife share it so it wasn't really my choice. If I had to pick myself I had my eye on the Q4.

I'm interested in what the benefits are over having just the petrol engine? Because for me it doesn't seem to make sense at all.

I'll be sticking with my Giulia Veloce for as long as possible.

Drives like an electric car, because it is, and fills up like a petrol car. The engine is there to charge the battery which is doing the driving although there's a clever mechanism where the engine can drive the wheels at higher speeds direct although nobody seems to know how that works! It has three modes, full EV, assisted EV and engine but no gear box and switches between them automatically and seamlessly. All the driver has to do is press 'D' for go forward, 'R' for reverse and 'P' for park. Very smooth and fast and betters the claimed 0 to 60 by over 2 seconds coming in at just over 6 seconds rather than the 8 Honda say. Buy the advance version to get all the toys and luxuries and it's still under the £40K before super VED kicks in. It's also a bit of a Tardis and consumes more tat for the tip than my old 3 series estate did.
