Interesting BUT could this be a problem with AMS/PSR and not specifically with Clarity? Any other contractors with PSR and not Clarity in the same boat? Any Clarity and NOT PSR having similar issues to the OP?

These deals can go awry quite easily for so many different reasons.
By the same token, smany of these deals can work very well.
