There is probably a lot out there. The OP needs available land for his preferred plan. That's going to be his biggest setback in this country, especially at a price point that is sweet.

I have a few pairs of Karrimor boots. They have lasted quite a while. I think I bought the latest pair just before lockdown and they are in excellent condition. With my health issues, I find them quite comfortable.
Sports Direct often have them on special offer or heavily discounted in store so...

The 2 packages are different and we each have things we will find annoying with any product or service. My own view is that FreeAgent is very good but once you step out of the "day rate" arena, especially if you have multiple income strands my opinion is that Xero becomes the better offer....

FreeAgent if it works for you especially if you bank with RBS/NatWest as I believe* you can get it free if your business banking is with them.
If however, FreeAgent will not cut the mustard for you then Xero is excellent.
I'm a Xero chap personally.

A badly run organisation with no proper oversight at any any level (ref: Paula Venells, Kemi Badenoch, Sarah Mumby, Nick Read and any previous incumbent is said posts) so its not surprising that they are over reaching the remit, as it is so easy for them to do so.
To be fair its not difficult...
