We have a history of selling off/privatising/outsourcing "government scientific/technology assets". It has been going on since the 1990's. DERA to Qinetiq is the most famous one i think but there have been several others. Some successful some frightfully less so.Leave a comment:

They are unlikely to take stuff that won't run Win11.
My advice, try googling for local charities who might take. Try "charities near me who want old computer kit".
