to be fair I knew Pihut (the vendor) did them, so thought it might be an idea to suggest it, other options from another vendor include this: My Naturewatch Wildlife Camera ( a lot cheaper and to be fair I only just checked the second vendor)...

Last time I had this was before an interview for my last ever contract. (2012) The client was a very large London Transport organisation.
Their DEI form was 5/6 pages long and did not from memory give a prefer not to say option for each question, gender, race, sexuality, religion, disability,...
