I might be out of date but I thought you have to keep original records for 6 years as the revenue could ask for the evidence going back that far and further for fraud investigations. True but that means the built in automation of big co's standard web service platforms. My servers use my web services platform developed by myco. Just have to build in the necessary to automate the process
