The company makes most of its money from parcel deliveries. We might end up with fewer letter collections a week and who knows what might happen to the universal service eventually.Comment

I suspect the Government will sensibly fall back to O/S Addressbase data which is compiled by the councils. Add a change my address / add alias front end and make the base data freeish to use and Bob's your uncle.
