So you're more likely to be the victim of a crime if you're involved in crime, who knew.

You were less likely to be murdered in London with Boris in charge that is scary.
    Why? Was he promoting knifing?

"Boris" is like "Thatcher" in some people's eyes; not perceived as having done any good stuff at all. But even Mussolini got the trains running on time...

Mussolini got 1 train to run on time, but he had great PR, so it was spun that he was a genius of the far right who understood public transport.

I don't go all that much but I've been mugged in London. To be fair it was in one of those peep shows in Soho and I forgot to read the 'menu' before sat down. Thankfully it was 30 odd years ago before credit cards were common place so got away lightly. Another group of gentlemen over the way were not so lucky. All part of lifes rich tapestry.

Nowadays you will still get your smartphone taken out of your hands if you are a dumb walker and only stabbed if you resist.

You are actually more likely to be stabbed in other places in England.

He was a great advert for London's humour abroad.

One of the London mayor's main roles is to get tourists and businesses to come to London.

The other main role is ensuring the buses, tubes, tram and overground get people where they want to go.

They also have to collaborate with the 33 London boroughs to sort out road traffic and get it running smoothly

The Police and Crime Commissioner role is a side line as the Home Secretary has the final say in appointing the Met Commissioner.

Very spooky timing with an article just appearing on the daily wail...

                  https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ub-Vanity.html

Man wakes up to find £98,000 missing from his bank account after 'his drink was spiked' in London strip club that now faces closure after 10 'victims' lost £250,000

And I thought I'd been had when they took my last 20 quid!
