        All in all I'd need to lose 20-25kg.

        I'd really like to lose at least 10kg by end of August when I've got a half ironman to do.

        Time will tell.

        Today I've started using a calorie counting app. I'm using "lose it" because the barcode scan feature of myfitness pal is now a premium feature for paying users only.

          I've lost ~5kg this month. I'm about to go on holiday for a week so will be back to my starting weight when I come back.

              wow im impressed, I did the Keto diet for all of 7 days and went from 13st 10 to 13st 2, most of it water i guess but it was a real struggle. Enjoy the holiday!

                Went shopping yesterday. Told myself I would not get any hot cross buns this week. Walked out with some hot cross buns. Still, at least I avoided the flapjacks, may lose about 3oz this week.

                PS managed to resist temptation to start an Officlal 2023 fart club thread.

                  Weight unchanged but feel a bit more muscly. About half way through the current plan then I'll have to decide if I want to get bigger or thinner. One involves eating nice food...

                      Most people seem to like MyFitnessPal, at least it's a good default choice as it's so widely used.
