      Presumably they are suing the company (Medpro) and not the vile couple directly, so what realistic chance of getting any money out of the company, or "piercing the veil" and getting some money out of the couple if there is none left in Medpro?             From what you posted earlier, it sounds like he's been charged with criminal offences in Spain, rather than being sued (civil proceedings). If found guilty, he could face worse than losing money ie. jail time. Here's hoping...
