She wasn't a cabinet minister in BoJo's cabinet even though she was a junior minister. She has been a cabinet minister in Mrs May's cabinet.

She is also comprehensive school educated, went to a university other than Oxbridge, and she has strong links to the armed forces.

So she's been a cabinet minister without leaving any kind of impression... I can't decide if that's a plus or a minus against her.

She did say that men and women are different but then I suppose you're still allowed to say that in the Tory party.

My thinking was that while Rishi obviously did well and will presumably get Hunt's votes, whichever of Penny or Liz (probably) survives would naturally be hopeful to get the loser's support given it's everyone Vs Rishi right now.
