Check for any new rules. Polymetal is still currently tradeable in London but suspended in Europe. You might find they get suspended in London as well. I sold my Russian shares on Monday.
    I'm alright Jack

      I feel your pain.

I'm inclined to think that unless you have a good insight into what is happening and what is going to happen, the best thing to do is do nothing. i.e. don't sell.
People are afraid at the moment, and that being an emotion means an element of irrationality, which it probably leading to people selling more than they should - don't be one of them.

I was long SPY short ERUS for one particular position but have traded out now after making just over £2k. While I'm happy that a trade worked for a change, under the circumstances I am torn about making money from misery.

The war has not made much difference to my portfolio as it had limited exposure to Russia. My FTSE ETF tracker holds the lions share of investment at the moment, with the FTSE being heavily weighted to stuff we dig/pump out the ground or financials which both do well generally in times of scarcity and raising inflation I'm going to hodl.

Don't be. Correlation with misery doesn't mean you are causing it.

Looks like Abramovich is going to make some money (because it takes so long to impose sanctions in the UK, he has time to sell his assets, take his money, and flee without any consequences)
