Fyi - I'm a moderator and a member of the forum. I generally don't confuse the two roles. E.g. I'm not going to ban you for being someone I consider a bit silly. Nor will not mock you're ignorance due to being a moderator. HTH

It's easy to rush to claims of idiocy, but better to accept that everybody, including moderators, make mistakes, as we are all human.

Also, "nor" is incorrect and not befitting of this context. Comma after "mock your ignorance" too; also i.e rather than e.g, as it is an elaboration of the former part of the sentence.

I think I preferred it when the forum wasn't full to the brim of arguments and pedantry, such as both of you arguing above. Can't we all get along? Perhaps we could all just accept that some people like bitcoin, despite it's lack of true coin-ability, whilst sipping our flavoured water at home.

For the record, being a long time lurker, the mods appear rather fair and are doing their best to stop abuse. At one stage, from being a reader, this was endemic. It's diminishing after harsher actions are in place, which is a good thing.

What's been occurring this week then? I see double digit losses on all major crypto 2 days running, many are down 25% on 24 hours back. For them all to be down this must mean money is being taken out of crypto rather than just traded between currencies. Anything particularly behind it?

BTW is there a good site to read about news on all things crypto, like you would daily news on the stock market?
