Just to clarify, contrary to what you (with no first-hand knowledge of Hudson's business or at what level their advisors operate at) may think, we can assure you that IF it was a tax avoidance scheme then IPSE would not and will not condone it.

Given that Parliament's intent when the autumn statement is passed is for those working in the public sector to be taxed as if their were employees doesn't choosing an "artificial" method of working that contrived to put you outside IR35 meet this criteria.
