I think (s?)he's taken all the tongue-in-cheek INKSPE boasting on these fora literally, and assumes that you have to consider yourself superior to others in order to be a "proper" contractor. I mean, obviously one does, but there are ways to do it without anyone realising you're sneering, dear boy. -
