Don't worry about that in the slightest. If you're a motorhome guy I don't think we'll ever visit the same places/restaurants/bars. You stay with your people, I stay with mine. -
You can give it to charity, for example.Originally posted by malvolio View Post
OK, I'll sell it and realise about £40k plus the £2k or so a year running costs and another £2k or so on site fees. How should I be spending that kind of money...?Comment

I use it to visit a range of places across the UK and Europe, mostly going without a set schedule, with a fair number of good restaurants, theatres and nature in all its various glories to pass the time. We also contribute to charity on a regular basis.Originally posted by PCTNN View Post

You are coming across like the usual over-entitled modern middle class, incapable of understanding simple pleasures and relaxation after 45 years or more of productive work. Frankly, I'm wasting my time trying to convince you and your like and, actually, I don't give a damn about your opinion.Blog? What blog...?

I suppose life is just a lot easier for you to handle when you feel able to reliably pigeonhole others purely based on a single feature. I get it - it must be soothing to have such a closed mind, free of needing to consider that real people are actually complex and varied.Originally posted by PCTNN View PostDon't worry about that in the slightest. So it's a no on the charity suggestion? I see, you rather keep chavying around with your chavy pals thinking YOU are living the life. After all, I may even envy you; being simple and having low standards rarely brings disappointment.Originally posted by malvolio View Post

With a good one going for 50k+ second hand I don't think there are too many chavs with modern motorhomes.Originally posted by PCTNN View Post

I have stayed & eaten in some of the most luxurious hotels / Restaurants around the world yet have tremendous respect for my rich relatives (they owned a very successful business that they sold before retirement) that pootle round Europe in a motorhome during the summer. They occasionally pop into decent hotels & restaurants on their travels to get decent water pressure in the shower.Originally posted by PCTNN View Post

Idiot is only part of it. Lack of both wit and intelligence, not to mention literacy skills, appears to be factors Still, easy to lob insults from behind a keyboard.Originally posted by vetran View Post

Can I suggest we stop this nonsense now please.

Odd that he writes like he is young but clearly hasn't seen people including those who are young, living "van life" on social media.Originally posted by northernladuk View Post

Wonder where he thinks that idea comes from...
