The top 10-15% in the Uk are educated very well indeed, the remaining not so well.
If the City decamps to Europe after the loss of financial passporting, that 10-15% will go with them.
It's a global market for talent nowadays, something the medicocre don't get.Comment

The point of average is that by definition we have far more above average people than Ireland.
