Reading stuff on facebook, there's some real nastiness between the Ayes and the Naes. Seems to me that this whole independence thing, regardless of which way it goes, has made enemies out of people who were previously friends.

I think a lot of Ayes have for a long time used anger as their standard response to any comments from the Naes that they don't have a rational response to.. That started on about the 2nd day of the Yes campaign with Salmond and drifted down from there...

I have to agree with TS I really cannot see anyone being happy with either outcome. And devomax after a No vote is going to seriously upset a lot of people in the UK..

Regardless of the result, a massive amount of devolution looks likely to follow. Scotland is creeping ever closer to being master of it's own house. I see no reason why that should not be allowed to occur either.
