It could be a foolish question, but does IR35 in any way apply to larger consultancies that supply bodies to the client but in terms of the 3 pillars and respect them only partially? Sure they have the right of substitution but direction and control is always there...Comment

If not following the 'guidance', or lack thereof from HMRC, and then following the 'trend' as started by the banks, so long as the large or indeed Any sized consultancy does not use PSC contractors then all this IR35 stuff is not in any way relevant to consultancies or their clients.Comment
