Ape, I am interested in the outcome of this as much as the last thread you posted.
Please this time come back with responses and communication to those who are offering help and advice.

Is the chap not talking about being assigned an email address with his client's suffix? Not his own LtdCo email address, which he may or may not have?
Either way, if he's not assigned a client based email address, that would likely help his Outside status and thus all email goes to his...

Yup, good points all.
From a contractor's point of view, this might not be so far removed from where s/he is right now (these last six days to D Day). This of, IR35 looming large and over them.

Bearing in mind the majority of clients are not even using CEST, and that those clients who are engaging are probably brand new to all this and are solely listening to the HMRC party line, which is one of, 'Use CEST', I personally would not want to start a conversation with a likely already nervous...

Agreed with the advice.
If you (OP) are being asked to engage as such with your own responses, I'd take that as, a client who is willing to properly engage with the reforms. So many other clients are not willing to engage or learn, use this as an opportunity to speak frankly and knowledgably...
