Meaning it's a soft underbelly for EU (and other) immigration into the UK?
Why have Brexit at all then?
    Hard Brexit now!

You mean have freedom of movement of goods, services and people between the UK and EU?

Leaving the EU but remaining in the customs union and single market would respect the referendum result while preserving the UK union and avoiding a hard border on Ireland.

It would anger the disaster capitalists and gammons of course.

Not to mention cause the least impact in terms of the economy.
But this debate is not about rationalism, its about the ideology and hidden agendas of the ultra-Brexiters

Not to mention that the EU have excluded that option unless of course we take free movement of people as well.

We should agree to free movement of people provided each EU citizen is registered and has private health insurance for 3 years.
Problem solved using the EU's own rules.

Looking on the Wiki page for the good Friday agreement :
                    Good Friday Agreement - Wikipedia

It says: "the majority of the people of the island of Ireland, wished to bring about a united Ireland". What better way to achieve this than to merge the whole lot with Great Britain.

Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.
