Best instant coffee for drinking black?

Going camping and looking for an instant that's good without milk.

Kenco 100% Arabica Colombian seems to get good reviews. Any other recs?

    Thanks.

Have you tried Nescafe Azera? It's about the only instant I would drink black.

Yep, me too, as far as supermarket coffee goes. It is mild, but the taste is decent.

        +1 for Nescafe Azera
But the Lidl rip off of Azera is pretty good for half the price!

Weird how tastes can be so polarised. I'm struggling with the Azera, both full and decaff so am moving back to Carte Noir when I've done with this pot. Drank Carte Noir for as long as I can remember so hoping the taste hasn't changed.

Kenco Millicano? I seem to recall this being passable but it's been a good few years.

I only drink instant at my Mum's but always put in milk to mask the taste.

Cheapskates that we are, we drink supermarket own brand instant at home but it's only passable with milk.

My son has a portable bean grinder and a coffee maker that sits on a butane stove.

He likes to camp and has an obsession with coffee.

Ah yes that was the other one I've had in the past. Worth trying.

Used to drink Blend 37: they don't make it any more. It was a bit strong to drink black without a touch of sugar.

Used to drink Black Gold: guess wot? they don't make it any more. Easier to drink black than the above.

Now drink Tesco Finest Columbian #4: seems ok to me & it's consistently mediocre which is all I ask of the one mug I drink per day (as opposed to the 12 mugs of Glengettie tea ).

I seem to be turning into my late father: he always had a mug of coffee in the afternoon.
