For freeview channels - you can't.
If you mean the BBC / ITV / C4 /C5 streaming services a firestick will give you them.
While iPlayer et al are available, there ARE apps which let you stream a feed of live broadcast TV channels. I don't know the legality and I've found them a bit unreliable.
Got a Roku a few weeks ago as BBC iPlayer didn't work on my old TV anymore. Pretty good. No Freeview but a lot of channels and catch up stuff including free ones. Some of the others let you do one off purchases. Forget price, but No Time To Die was quite cheap,
