It's been a long time coming. Far too many people reached the maximum number of points allowed by MySQL so have reworked it again with some new rules...

Latest Reputation Received (463979737 point(s) total)
I don't check my reputation very often but decided to have a look today and it's showing the grand sum of 463,979,737 reputation points. Is the reputation system broken or has someone slipped me a few extra points here and there?
Also, I understand the little green box is positive rep,...
If two, say well respected posters need confirmation as to who negged a new poster down to their own name as a rep status first, is this something you can help with?
Rep jumped over 2k points in a couple of days since Admin made the changes, doesn't seem quite right after just four people giving me +rep. Not sure where I was before but always been around 12th give or take.
Jeez it does my tiny swede in trying to think of new ones for these...

posting on this forum I have just found the comments people make when they are 'repping' you Thanks to those of you who left such nice comments and could the experts on the panel please advise if it forum etiquette to respond?
How do you get this random +1000 rep thing that two more posters have got? Is their fawning required to Admin(Eek it's your queue) or is there something more sinister going on?
1) give +rep to everybody who posted on this thread
2) once given +rep to every poster from start of this thread (no exceptions even if you don't like them) you can make a single post and thus benefit from future reps
I know I'm asking for it but has the formula used to calculate rep changed in the past few days?
The last set of Rep I received seems to be worth far far less than the previous rep I got from the same people. I have an inkling that rep doesn't count much when it comes to calculating...
I can just about understand how my posts may not be to everyone's taste and that some register this by issuing negative rep but I don't see how my choice of reading material, as seen in the currently reading thread, can possibly warrant a negging. Pah.
Saw a post earlier about reputation points. Never heard of them before, but I find that I have 149. I don't know if that's good or bad, 'cos I'm still a bit of a noob (amongst other things).
What are they for? Can I cash them in for a new dinner service?
Oh FFS, the rep wars seem to have died down ever since it was claimed that it is allegedly possible to trace anonymous people who gave you some bad rep, this killed like 50% of CUK fun when you leave some positive rep claiming to be Real MF
