I seem to remember 6-8 months ago a massive Police campaign to recruit ethnic minorites - they didnt say which ones - but im sure if you mentioned you were a member of a small islamic fundamentalist group in a wheel chair and was gay youd probably be a superintendant by now. Or wearing an ornage jumpsuit - I cant remember which
I wonder if the Banks / Police & other institutions vetting processes are as robust in view of the current fad for 'diversity'
What do you think? Considering half the morons around here work in banks then the obvious answer is...no, the current systems employed by banks arent particularly robust!
