Have you looked at the NSV - Non-surgical vasectomy?
Not done it myself but I have looked into it, (unfortunately Covid got in the way at the time).
Marie Stopes International offer this.

Bit of a DadsNet topic but I figured many here would have some experience.. I've resolved to look seriously into having a vasectomy.
I'm in my 40s with no children, never had the desire to procreate (I'm sure many will say that's a good thing), and I definitely don't want to as I get older.
