Doesn't matter who you vote for, the government gets elected: given 3 months one hates the new lot as much as one hated the previous lot.

"Sick of politicians, harassment and laws".

The "Disappear in smoke" bit appears to be getting closer by the day.

They know what they're voting against, and that's what matters.

Can't the public sack MPs in constituencies? There are a few shaky ones.

It's bugger all use as a way to get a general election of course, but it is a very good indicator of just how pissed off the whole UK is with Labour after just four months. And Reeves coming up with lines like "move to being the fastest growing economy in the G7" when she started with one and promptly dropped it to near zero growth doesn't really help either.

I've lived through some truly awful governments from both of the main parties - Wilson, Heath, Callaghan, Brown, May and Truss for example. This one is in another league.

If the petitioner had asked for another general election within six months that would have made more sense. But he hasn't; he's just asked for another general election, which he'll get in 4/5 years. So petition granted! Nothing to see, move along...

To be fair they didn't have a bus, they put their lies in their CVs and manifesto.

Might as well start a petition to give Belgium back to the Belgians.

Anyway there are no Belgians but there are Dutch, French and German bits and now Islamic bits.
