We've a certain poster that has endless accounts but has much the same modus operandi so it's usually him although as Cojak says, could be any number of previously banned and troll users as well.

The CEO was on record saying he didn't want 50 year old white men (ie. retired military experts) instead he put inexperienced diversity hires (ie. inexperienced women) in charge of areas like risk assessments.

Anyone with half a brain could see that he was abusing LEAN principles, conflating overprocessing and safety as ‘waste’.
